I mean it's healthy, low calorie, fast and de-li-co-us!
I just made a bowl of spinach and I'm waiting it impatiently, to cool down.
So, for one soup plate, you'll need:
200 ml milk
100 g chopped spinach (frozen or fresh)
2 teaspoon all propose flour
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove of garlic
salt, pepper
Put a sauce pan with an olive oil on the heat, add chopped garlic and stir until garlic is lightly brown.Then add milk mixed with flour. Immediately add spinach and stir for about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Enjoy!
