Creamy Almond butter

If you’ve got a food processor, you can make homemade almond butter in a few minutes. Healthy, with no preservatives, sugar, or salt. Of course, you can add some honey or maybe even some cinnamon or ginger (didn't try yet) but I bet it can be wrong.





My top way to eat it is on tart apple slice. But you can use it in ice cream (frozen banana, almond butter, some raisins...whatever you like) or for breakfast with oats, in cookies and probably you can make some almond Nutella (hazelnut nutella).

So what's the procedure?

The first step is roasting the almonds.



The second thing is that you need to let the almonds blend in the food processor for longer than you expect to get a creamy almond butter.  The first step is sandy,



 then the sand starts to clump and you may need to rub down the sides a few times.



 Then the almond butter begins to get more creamy. 



Done.



Maslac od badema

Zašto davati novce za skupe namaze od badema, kad možemo napraviti svoj: vrlo jednostavno - bez dodataka šećera, stabilizatora, kemija i inog. Potrebno nam je samo badema i multipraktik.



Maslac od badema možemo jesti samostalno ili mu možemo dodati meda (nakon miksanja, jer inače se ulijepi med), možemo dodati čokolade, cimeta,  đumbira. Možemo ga namazati na jabuku (moj omiljeni) ili od njega napraviti sladoled, dodati ga u zobene pahuljice, praviti kolače s njim ili napraviti badem nutellu (nutella od lješnjaka)

Dakle:
Prvo trebamo bademe malo peći. Kada poprime lijepu boju (oko 10-20 min na 180) stavimo u multipraktik i miksamo. Dugo. Jako dugo. U početku će se činiti da nikad nećemo dobiti maslac, ali nakon 10 minuta kremasta smjesa je tu!
Jednostavno :)

Maslac spremimo u posudu i držimo u hladnjaku i do dva tjedna :)
