Devil's pie

Why devil's? Because is dark, because it's full of chocolate and sweet as sin, as if Devil himself wished for it, and when you taste it, pleasure is so good that you crave for more. And more.
Until your totally doomed :D :)




Just kidding, pie is great and heavenly also, so don't make me to persuade you any more with sweet talk, when you can enjoy in sweetness of pie itself :)




Here we go!

Ingredients:

 Pie shell
150 g of flour
20 g cocoa
1 / 4 tablespoon baking powder

a little cinnamon and ground cloves
65 g brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 vanilla sugar
100 g butter, softened 

Chocolate cream
500 g whipping cream

3,5 tablespoons honey
300-350 g dark chocolate


Decoration 
blackberries




Procedure:
For Pie shell:
In one bowl stir flour, baking powder and cocoa. In the other bowl stir together flour mix, salt, vanilla sugar, brown sugar and spices.  Cut the butter into the dry mixture using a pastry cutter or by pinching the fat into the mixture with your hands.
With both hands, work the shortening into the flour using a circular, rubbing motion, always keeping contact with the flour. Roll out on a lightly floured surface ( size of your pie dish ). Fit the dough into your pie dish. Prick the pie shell with a fork. Refrigerate it for at least 40 minutes. Than put it in preheat oven (200 C) and bake for about 15 minutes. 
Cream:
Place whipping cream  and honey into sauce pan and heat over medium-high heat until it is just on the verge of boiling. Watch the sides of the pan for bubbling action. When you start to see bubbles coming up continuously, remove the cream from the heat. 



Add chocolate and stir the mixture with a wire whisk. Stir gently. You are not whipping the cream at this point. Once the chocolate is completely stirred into the cream, set the bowl aside and allow the mixture to cool to at room temperature for 45 minutes or so. Then cover it with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until it is completely chilled.
Remove the chilled cream from the refrigerator and beat with a mixer. Use medium speed at first. When the cream starts to thicken, increase speed to high. Continue beating just until the cream is stiff enough to retain its shape.
Pour the cream over cooled pie pastry and arrange blackberries on the top.Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Šejtanska pita 

 


Kao da ju je sam šejtan poželio za rođendan..tamna kao mrak, slatka kao grijeh, navodi vas užitak i samo najsnažniji karakter može da uz žlicu ove pite ne vikne, mmmmm...

Sastojci

prhko tijesto:

 150 g glatkog brašna

20 g kakaa

1/4 žlice praška za pecivo

malo cimeta i mljevenih klinčića

 65 g smeđeg šećera

malo soli

1 vanili šećer

100 g omekšalog maslaca

Krema

500 g slatkog vrhnja

2 žlice meda

300 g tamne čokolade malo mlijeka

3 šlaga

Priprema

Za tijesto:

 brašno, kakao i prašak za pecivo pomiješati. Dodati začine i ostale sastojke, te izraditi tijesto (u početku se čini kao mišn impasbl da će se od tih sastojaka ikad sastaviti tijesto, al nakon par minuta već se sve počinje fino prožimati).

 2/3 tijesta istanjiti valjkom veličine dna kalupa za torte i izbosti vilicom. Postaviti obruč na kalup i od ostatka tijesta oblikovati dugi pravokutnik kojim obložimo rub (tijesto se malo kida, al sve se to fino da prstima polijepiti, kad se ispeče nitko ništ ne primjeti :) ). Odložiti u hladnjak na 1 h, pa peći 15-20 minuta na 200 °C. 3.

Krema: eee tu je bilo muke :) Kad sam zakuhala 300 g slatkog vrhnja s 2 žlice meda na vatri, makla kada se otopio med, pa dodala otopljenu čokoladu, učilo mi se to premala količina fila za moju pitu, pa me uhvatila i panika da se to ne bude stislo, te sam mješajući mikserom u kremu dodala još 200 g vrhnja, malo mlijeka i tri vrećice šlaga. Mlijeka sam dodala od oka, da krema bude čvrsta. Zastim kremu istresemo na pečeno i prohlađeno tijesto, te stavimo u hladnjak na 3 h. Pošto nisam neki ekstra ljubitelj preslatkog i prežestokog u desertima, otopila sam kupine od prošle godine iz zamrzivača i poslagala po torti kako bi razblažila tu čokoladnoslatku bombu, a i dekorirala pitu :)
