šnjite starog kruha namočimo vodom, isjeckamo na kockice i stavimo lagano prepržiti u tavicu na ulje.
U posudi izlupamo jaja uz dodatak soli i malo mlijeka.
Prepržene kockice istresemo u posudu s jajima i dobro promiješamo, te vratimo na tavicu još par minuta. Eto!
This recipe reminds me of my childhood. Beside a french toast, this was our favorite dish for dinner or even lunch. Since that time, except for reflection in the mirror, not much has changed ... :)
3-4 slices of old bread
Take the slices of old bread, moisten them with a little water, cut the bread in cubes and put it on pan, sprinkled with little oil. In a medium bowl whisk the eggs with the addition of salt and a little milk.
After a few minutes of frying put the bread dices in the bowl with the eggs, stir well and return to pan for just few minutes. Simple as that :)
